Whilst refining my design one of the key things that became an issue was the dimensions of my envelope as well as my concertina. I had to make sure that they were designed sensibly, so that I could utilise the space on an A2 sheet of paper as well as possible, reducing the amount of waste. Therefore one of the first things I needed to research was the size of envelopes which are existing. I looked at the Royal Mail website to start with, but then realised that it would make much more sense to use the dimensions of the envelopes produced at LGP. My decisions where this is concerned are clearly marked on my development, making it clear how I calculated all of the sizes.
